Easy Packs are 19” x 14” UPS envelopes, with pre-paid return shipping labels attached. Each Easy Pack holds on average 10-15 items. Large or bulky items take up more space and may reduce the number of items you can fit in each pack. Do not overfill your Easy Pack as it may result in damage or loss of your items.Items must be washed prior to sending for treatment. Certain items not permitted for treatment include:UndergarmentsWaterproof or water-resistant itemsItems with care labels that read “Dry Clean Only,” “Do Not Tumble Dry,” or “Line Dry Only.”Our equipment is not designed to treat shoes. For effective protection, experts recommend spraying shoes once a month with Permethrin Spray.Processing time: Once we receive your Easy Pack, we typically ship it back out within 7-10 days. This cannot be expedited. Fill out and include the Easy Pack form attached to your invoice in your shipment.Treatment will cause shrinkage - slightly more than a first wash. Please wash items prior to sending for treatment, especially new items.

- How it Works - When you order an Easy Pack you will be shipped a packet with the return shipping labels already affixed. Each Easy Pack holds on average 10-15 items. Large or bulky items take up more space and may reduce the number of items you can fit in each pack. Pre-paid shipping eliminates the need to make a trip to the Post Office or pay separately for shipping.
- Prep - The Insect Shield treatment will cause shrinkage. Slightly more than a first wash. Please wash items prior to sending to Insect Shield for treatment, especially new items.
- Insurance - Insect Shield cannot reimburse losses due to lost or delayed packages for greater than $100.
- Non-refundable - Insect Shield Your Clothes Easy Packs are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
